As of 6 July 2026, BraneWave has never received a national security letter, FISA court order, gag order, or any other request for user data that came with a legal requirement of secrecy — and has never disclosed user data under any such demand.

This statement is re-affirmed by a human administrator. If it ever disappears from this page or stops being re-affirmed, that silence is deliberate: we will remove the statement rather than let it become false, and its absence should be read accordingly.
